Following up on his campaign promise, new U.S. Sen. Thom Tillis is getting an early start on going after President Obama’s signature legislation – the Affordable Care Act….

…. “The employer mandate has placed an unnecessary burden on North Carolina businesses, local school districts, public universities, and many other employers, to cut the hours and wages of hardworking Americans in order to cope with the economic costs of the President’s Affordable Care Act,” Tillis stated in a news release.
