WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senators Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Tom Carper (D-DE) introduced “The Treatment of Certain Payments in Eugenics Compensation Act,” which would exclude payments from state eugenics compensation programs from consideration in determining federal benefits.
